What should you do should you choice the man you love and stick it out divorced.. or should you walk out and give him the divorce and act divorced as bad as it hurts...

I am just really confused because we are so happy together it seems nothing can bring that down but yet he filed on the 24 and i signed them on the 29th and had to start my new job the day that i signed it was horrible!! I just love him so much and i think he is just scared because i want a baby so bad but i am not that desperate that I would want to lose the love of my life..

You let him walk out so you aren't charged with abandoning the marital property. Right now, as soon as you read this, call a divorce lawyer and protect yourself. You know he probably already has. What he is telling you is that he wants his freedom and you to make his dinner too. Finding a man who loves and respects you is better than this man who asks you to make a lie of your life. That shows absolutely no respect for you or your feelings. He can and will cancel your credit cards and drain your joint bank accounts, if he hasn't already. For all that you will have to do, please don't be a fool now and get copies of his financial papers.
Now...go call that lawyer.

What in the hell does he mean he doesn't want anyone to know meaning you still co-habitat and do the things that married people do but you are just not legally by law way are you asking this ? if he wants a divorce give him a divorce but it won't be pretty I would scream it to the mountain tops just to piss him off the nerve of some men

That's what's wrong with men now...we women! They can do or say whatever they want to us, they treat us like s.hit and we just still keep thinking of what THEIR needs are! As if! If he's not behaving like a husband - asking for a divorce is NOT good husband behavior - then why stay with him and ACT as if he's a good husband? Give him the divorce he asked for, do yourself a favor, and move on with your life. He's an a.ss.

If he wants a divorce than you should act like your getting divorced. Don't let him put on ahappy front it's just going to hurt more the longer it drags on.

First of all, what is his reasoning for wanting to do this? If you could update your question with that, it might help.
My first instinct is he's just telling you that so that he will have no legal obligation to you and after you're divorced he will not want to "act married."
There are MANY legal ramifications to divorce: financial issues, health decisions (you will have no right to make medical decisions), insurance, not to mention emotional issues. Do you have children?

I think he's a slime. If he's man enough to marry, and man enough to want a divorce, then he's man enough to deal the aftermath. I'd file papers on him before he had a chance to file on me, and I'd let him know I was telling anyone who would listen. No way should you agree to this and put a big fake smile on.

If he tells you he wants a divorce then why are you still with him. It wont get any better whether you pretend it is or not. All you are doing is being his door mat and you are gonna look like a fool in the end. You are better than this and you deserve better than him.

what a self centered pussy. file for the divorce and get a lawyer. what. he wants to look good while making you look bad. tell him to get over it and file. then move out and wait for the hearing, and check up to see if he is cheating. what an ***. he deserves to be divorced.
