where is paris hilton now? is she still in jail or did her money get her out?

Is everyone a fool? Paris Hilton started to freak out, wouldn't eat, wouldn't sleep, and she paid some idiot shrink to say that this was physically hurting her. THEN DON'T DO THE CRIME!
I'm not black but do you think if a young black guy that did the same thing as her, and had the same complaints as her; would have been allowed to go home? So we let people go home if Jail depresses them and they dont' like it? EVERY D.A., judge and elected court official should lose their jobs for this ridiculous release.
The U.S. is a joke to the rest of the world for a reason. Jayson Williams and OJ commit murder and get off, and Paris Hilton whines about the terrible food and goes home.
Anyone that thinks we would get the same treatment is a damn fool. The ultra rich and famous are worshipped in the U.S. and pretty much can do what they want.

The sheriff said that it was a medical reason, and that she is house arrest for 40 days. Right! Even if this was the case, which we know is not, what a punishment! Paris Hilton being arrested to her multi-million dollar house! How dare they? That should be considered cruel and unusual punishment!

She's at home waiting to go back to court. I'm guessing she spazzed out when she got to "jail." The forces that don't want to see her in jail made it look like she needs special medical treatment, so she was sent home to be under house arrest. However the judge isn't too happy with that, so he's ordering her back to court. She might be sent back to jail again.
I guess the moral of the story is, it's good to be famous in the U.S.

She's at home due to some imaginary medical problem. Must be nice to serve your jail time in a million dollar mansion. She may not be allowed to go anywhere, but I'm sure she'll have all the luxuries her money can afford brought to her.

She's home being served lunch on a silver platter while getting her feet rubbed down. She has been through a lot this week and needs to be treated like the princess she is. Gag.

she is out with a bad rash. Who knew that if you get locked up you can simply get a little rash and get out? You also need to cry a little. That helps. Someone needs to tell the all the other million of prisoners how this is done. We can clear out our jails fast.

Wouldn't it be ironic that she gets hit head and killed or badly injured on by a person who was released from jail for DUI?

She is out becasue of an undisclosed "mental problem" or something along those lines. She will be confined to her home for 40 days and has to wear an ankle bracelet that tracks her at all times. Basically she is useless and cried all the time so they let her out. As rediculous as all this is she is still by no means a free woman.
