Phantom Tattoo on Broadway. They require a deposit. They will do custom work, are super to work with and have a super talented crew. You will love. Can't really go wrong with anyone. I had mine done by J.D. He's awesome.
I just got my first tramp stamp a few months ago. I love it!!
I am so glad I waited until I found just the right shop, artist and signature custom design.
