yes..and it drives me crazy!! really during the night..when the have a new car with high powered lights and frickin blinds me when i'm trying to drive!!

some of the car also have those irritating Halogen style lights, that has the high power like the high beam too. But of course those stupid RICE ROCKETs with BUzzzz mufflers probably point the lights up just because.

I think some of it is because of the new high powered head lights. Looks like high beams, but they aren't. But you are right, they sure seem to be on a lot.

I think the lighties on cars are way bright now..what about those crazy blue ones..its weird

Could be, or else you have an astigmatism. I have astigmatism and it's contributed to my night-blindness, which makes everyone's headlights seem super-bright.
