How can I find a Is there a fabric designer in Atlanta?

I have a small pouch I want to design for holding small items like cellphones, make-up etc. Can I speak to a designer who can help me out? The pouch should be about 6" wide and 4" high

fabric designers design the prints and weaves on fabrics, you are looking for a seamstress. atlanta should be full of them.
