I live in Los Angeles, and I have been here for 5 years- I know its hard to meet people in L.A.- but I still have faith- please advise.

Just go out and do the things you like to do. That way you'll meet people that have similar interests.

When I was in LA, I had my best luck at lunch hour at the nicer mid-price-range restaurants. I met some very nice ladies.

Find them in the Mens department at your local department store.
Ok lemme stop. Look at your nearest cafes. It always works in the movies.

try community centres, your church, you must have a friend who knows other people get them to introduce you etc
