I'm hoping yahoo can give me the email addresses I've used... the website design... etc, and help me to be able to re-create all that I lost, or at least some of everything I've lost

not likely, the old hard drive will have cookies and many other preferences stored on it.

you need to get that old hard drive out of the old computer and:
1) buy an external USB to IDE adapter cable
2) plug it into the new computer using the USB adapter
3) copy the profile from the old computer, along with your data.

Data is still inside the crashed HDD and it just needs good skill to recover data as long as PC can recognize the crashed disk.

Connecting the crashed disk to another PC with USB 2 cable and adapter or use external drive with crashed HDD, then run recovery software to search and restore the lost data into PC storage. It takes about 10 hours per 80 GB.

And dont forget to setup task schedule at least once a week to run backup with a small external HDD which can save a lot of time later.

I agree with Felishous and yahoo can't restore your computer but your e-mails, however, are stored

Call your computer's technical support agents, and they should send you a CD special for your computer and it will restore everything.

EEEEH! I'm soo sorry to hear that.
Yahoo can't do anything about that...
But your old e-mail addresses are still there.
SORRY!
