back. I heard that Blair was going to ask bush for concessions on global warming since he committed political suicide by supporting the war in Iraq. I bet Bush gives him the

He would still be the president, unfortunately. There's no requirement that the president has to stay on US soil, and he would still have Air Force one at his disposal.

Yes it would but then Dick Cheney would be sworn in as President of the USA... Now if that happens and we can get Cheney to go to China and stay then maybe Nancy Pelosi would be our next President of the USA!
