is my shoe size big for my height??

Question

i'm a 16 and a half year old male i'm 5'5.5-5'6'' barefoot and my shoe size is an 11-11.5 in men's also my hands are 7.5 inches long is my hands and feet big for my height? also is it possible for me to grow another 1/2 an inch to an inch in height? my mom is 5'8'' and my dad is 6'0'' btw

At 16 you haven't hit your growth spurt yet. Most guys gain a considerable amount in height between about 17-20 yrs old. I'll bet you end up at roughly your dad's height.

You're like a puppy who you can tell will be big because he has big feet even tho he hasn't grown to his full height yet.

Well, for starters, your shoe size would be big if you were full grown already. So those measurements would indicate that you're still going to grow. And most people grow up until around 20 with some still growing until 23. Also look at your grandparents height as they can factor in too.

It's completely possible that you'll grow more. Many times, males don't stop growing until their late teens. Your hands and feet do seem large for your height, but not abnormal or anything, so I hope you're not self conscious about it because it's not any big deal. That may be nothing more than an indication that you will grow taller. Best of luck to you! :)

Sure, it's possible for you to grow more. And, so what if you have big feet. They work, don't they? I'm 5'9" and I wear size 10-11 in men's shoes. And I'm a girl! Can't find any big shoes that look decent, so I buy sneakers in the men's section. Just be happy you have hands and feet that work.

i think thats normal .. me and my brother were that size when 16 .. now am 21 and size 13 but not that tall 6ft

You are not done growing yet in length.

According to this calulator you will be about 5'9". You'll grow into your feet, don't worry about it.
