Because Paris is a high profile celeb. What would the media and magazines write about if Paris Hilton is locked up in jail for more than 3 days. I think they came to there senses after the 3rd day. They're losing money keeping her in jail, so they released her early so she can get into more trouble, so they'll have something to gossip about.

Why should she be treated dfferently than anyone else. She did wrong, she pays like we all do. Poor little rich girl couldn't take what was due her. She'll goof again, when she does, I think the punishment should be doubled & she be made to take it like everyone else would have to do. This was disgusting to have her get out of jail before her time was up. Did she have a "get out of jail free" card!!! NO, that was completely wrong. She is no better than anyone else.

It confirmed that our justice system is useless for rich people. They don't have to obey the laws anyway.
Why do we even bother to have traffic lights in Malibu or Hollywood if they don't obey the laws? just let them run wild, drinking, doing drugs, running poor people over and at the end of the day, we just parade them in front of paparazzi by using tax payers' money.

I think that society should take the oppurtunity that it has & leave Paris there for as long as they possibley can.. cause once she's out again she's just gonna be all drunky & trashy again, & I'm gonna have to watch it cause that's all my sister watches...

Do celeberties have to be caught red handed killing someone to get punished these day? It is bull ****. If were to somehow end up in prison, no "medical issues" would be able to get me out. She should have been forced to serve her entire sentence. I hope she does something stupid (like leave her house), then she will sent back.
