I want to export something to China that they don't already have or make.

From what I've read China is interested in buying natural resources in large amounts.

I doubt if you can sell business to business without getting government approval first at both ends.

A man I knew {he died now} made millions exporting whole tree logs to Japan.

I understand that there is a sizeable amount of wheat gluten contaminated with melamine which might be exported. Try the dog food manufacturers. They would LOVE to be rid of the stuff.
