i just met a really amazing guy. there's not moment when i don't want to talk to him or see him. two weeks ago i broke with my exboy friend of two years. i believe he thinks i'm using him for rebound . that's not the case at all i respect him that's why i'm going super slow. how can get he's mind off think i want my ex back?

You can't, lol. What do you want? I mean you can romance him, tell him everyday you love him, that you'll never leave. But thats never going to totally convice him. The fact is, if you had a relationship with a guy for 2 years and found someone after 2 weeks and you can't think of the guys you spent 2 years with, there is something seriously wrong with you. Honestly! Come on you invest 2 years of your life with a guy and you just forget about it, in two weeks? BS! Human minds don't forget, they do forgive. The only true, true, way to help him, IS TO BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR PAST RELATIONSHIP! Thats it! If you bs and brush it under the rug, he well always be supsicious. Now if you tell the story of the 2 year relationship to him, HONESTLY, then the truth well set you guys free, or make you realize you still love the ex. But anything less then that, and well you'll pay for it in the future, karma and all that..... but lies and truths hurt feelings, but in the long run lies hurt twice, while the truth only hurts once, think about that.....

hey just tell the x up front you are done and this is it. period and let it be done. 2 years and no marriage that is long enough to wait.
