I like it, except that the fence should be doubled with a 50 yards mined killing zone between with machine gun nests eery 100 yards.
Intersting name, MudMarine, it's my gamertag name on XBOX Live!

Compared to what they're voting on? That's not a high bar.
If my only choices are your program or theirs, I pick yours.
But I'd like to make a lot of changes, starting with revisiting the idea of immediate death.
Actually, I'd look at Mexico's law regarding illegals. It's almost as harsh.
Underneath all this sham concern for the poor, Mexico is trying to COLONIZE the US and/or dump its poor here, rather than deal with them itself.

Nice. Not all of the immigrants are from Mexico though. Will we be sending the illegal Cubans to Mexico too and they can find their own way back to Cuba?

' ... how did authorities get out of jail? statistics show wars / police actions / etc tend to mug rape and kill a higher percentage of excess small kids than they convict an excess of 'enemies', why are armed forces still legal? if 99+% accosted by authorities are unarmed and not 'in the act', then is it not in the best interest of authorities and the public alike to issue 'get well soon' cards and bouquets instead of forcing inciidents by creating fresh new violence? since trillion dollar defence budgets tend to attract trillion dollar traitors, and since trillion dollar defense budgets tend to fuel tiny 'get sick soon tax the world bomb group folk' incapable of affording to 'canvas' anything more large than a small yard, and since budgets less than a percent of those trillion dollar budgets are able to afford hundreds of millions of minimum wage 'get well soon feed the world bouquet group folk' to 'canvas' everything all the time ... why?? ... The "fence" is designed to keep people in, not just keep people out. I don't want to live in East Berlin, thank you.

Sounds good, but enforcement is the key issue. We have a decent immigration system now, if it was enforced.
