You are probably nervous and tensing up muscles that, in turn, impact on nerve transmission. Try to increase your foreplay until you are truly relaxed and comfortable and aroused. You also might want to try some lubricant, like KY, to help with the insertion. Above all, make sure you are truly mentally ready.

You have to remember that you are a virgin. The first few times it will hurt and at times you will bleed. The best thing for you to do is make sure that you are relaxed and really enjoying yourself. if you are concentrating on the pain then you make yourself tense which will make it even harder. I suggest talking to your fiancee so you can ask him to do some foreplay beforehand and to go easy with you. If he tries to be rough from the start that totally kills the mood. Also, if after I say 5-10 times you still have plain, i suggest seeing a doctor. Good luck and have fun.

ummmmm could be a couple of things. I know if my siatic nerve is pinched it can cause some strange sensations during sex which aren't really comfortable.....

suggestion get in and see your gyno make sure nothing is wrong. second, see a chiropractor, something may be out of place in your spine which may be causing pain.

If your hymen is still intact and your man is entering you the pain is from the hymen being torn. This will pass as soon he enters all the way
