Nothing can ensure you concieve, not even artificial reproduction.

In order to become pregnant, you to have sex once during your fertile window, which is up to 5 days prior to and the day of ovulation, but that assumes you know when you ovulate. The most fertile of those 6 days are the 3 days prior to ovulation.

Ideally, you want to up your odds by having sex several times during your fertile time, but you have to identify this time. There are many methods for doing this and it is up to to decide how.

You can go the textbook route and consider yourself fertile from days 11 through 16 during a 28 day cycle. Or you could chart your Basal body Temperature (BBT), monitor your cervical mucus (aka vaginal discharge), or use Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs) or other fertility monitor device. go to www.babycenter.com under the trying to concieve section. There's charts there to help you with checking your temp and that kind of thing. Plus it will help you figure out when you are ovulating. Good luck.
