Coconuts are ok, until your sitting there an hour after you finishing eating it, and you're still finding bits of coconut in your mouth, then its like oh my gosh, why did god give us this nasty thing.

make it Thai style with tofu... i could use fish sauce & cilantro. for heat ,ginger,chili (dry,powder,clean,regardless of you have) cardamon powder,cinnamon,coriander = extra like Indian curry,yet good.
