Anyone know how to find out what this is worth?

I have a Keuffel & Esser tool - what I believe to be a surveyors telescope. It's in a case - model # 77 0010 Serial # 193733
I want to sell it - don't know who to contact.

Antiques dealer who deals in tools and implements. Collectors pay pretty good money for this type of thing.
