who wrote it. im apprehensive to send this ltr cuz im afarid this guy will know its me cuz im his only enemy. he drives a forklift and may hurt someone. so how do i write this letter and make sure human resources does not tell him or show him this letter. IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO MAKE HIM "NOT SUSPICIOUS OF ME SO HE DOESNT TRY TO HURT ME? i dont work with him im his neighbor. the letter reads like this:To: Human Resources
Please be advised an employee, ______ is under the influence of marijuana and has used this drug while on his break. There is concern that in the future, while driving a forklift, he may pose unnecessary risk and endanger employees nearby. For safety reasons please keep this matter confidential, and notify management of the issue. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Thats what I would write. Then, give it to Human Resources and tell them NOT to show him the letter, or tell him it was you. Then, I'd do the same thing to the cops.

If in fact this is really happening by all means I feel you should go through with this matter. Your letter is written very well. You might want to point out to Human Resources that this matter can be validated by a urine test. This may let them know that you are serious and hop to it. Make sure this letter is type written. Also at the bottom I would sign it as "A Concerned Co-Worker". Also does he live and work in the same town? If not do not mail it from your home town. Good-Luck

If u are man enough to snitch dont be scared . U should be proud to be a rat dont u think that there is something else that u can do to help in this situation other than get the guy fired? u suck. U said that u are worried about them hurting someone on the forklift is this the true motive behind ur actions? I think not!!!!!

dont write that you know him at all
write:
To Whom It May Concern,
employee_______, has been observed outside your employment doing pot.
a concerned citizen....
never say you know or work with them, and drop it off WAY far away
