Without buying anything you could file open your throttle body a bit (you will idle high) or replace your cat converter with some flexible piping(this is illegal, make sure to put it back b4 you go get ur emissions tested). The guy who said "cool air intake is the easiest, fastest, and cheapiest (+20-30 HP).

Better, high end air filters, gas filters, etc (+5-15 HP)" is full of crap. An air intake will give you maybe 5bhp max, exhaust wont give you more than 10, and filters wont do much worth anything. they're good starting mods, but you said you wanted to not buy anything.

Quickest and easiest is to improve air flow in and out. That is a bigger intake with less restrictions pulling in outside air (cooler) and a larger less restrictive exhaust. Just be sure the parts are in compliance with your local air pollution regulations or you fail you SMOG test.
