The retail MSRP is $9300 on this racebike, you could probably get it down to $8-8.3K new from a dealer. So, a used one with just a handful of miles should sell for $7500 at least. I'll be honest here and tell you that if you plan to do much street riding you will not like this bike. The 2007 R6 has the worst powerband of all the 600cc bike, averaging 5+ HP less at every RPM level until about 13,000. From 13,000-16,000 it has the most power, but unless you are on the racetrack...are you really going to be driving the freeway at 90mph in 2nd gear?

Providing that the bike is not wrecked, it should be worth about 80-85% of new retail. I cannot give an exact figure, but look it up as MSRP. You might be better off getting a brand new one if you re buying since you do not know how the motor was broke in. That is the most important thing. Also take into account the accessories on the bike, but do not be dazzled by a lot of them. For example, high performance exhaust is nice, but is best to put your own on it so that you can match it to the bike.

2007 to 2010 = 3 years if my sums are correct. 14k 3 years old = 4600 miles, or 89 miles a week! It ain't bin any where! I do typically 20 000 miles a year on the bike and expect it to do 100K at least B 4 it needs and major work doing on it, it gets tyres and service etc., If you can access it's service history that will tell you more, or to be a bit more sure get a compression test done on it be a m/c dealer to see if it's been screwed.Check wheel bearings and swing arm for play. that's for play not four play or forplay, and 'ping' the spokes to check them too. if in doubt walk away or offer 3 grand for it. Tough to answer, but as a point of reference. I bought my 2000 Yamaha R6, 20K miles, great condition, for about $6K.

This is after taxes, etc. You should be able to get more, but I had a custom exhaust on my bike which increases its value.

if you check th cycle trader in your area you will get an idea of what its worth...today in your city. (its probably $6000-6600) And remember, anything is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it!
