I got weeds/wheat all wrapped around the drive train and had to pull them off in order to get the car to switch out of first gear (they got so thick that it knocked the gears out of whack). There was still weeds wrapped around the back axle area when I started driving and most of them came off just by driving the car and there were still some hanging form the back axle when i parked it in front of my house. I came out the next day and there was a puddle under the back axle, around the area where the weeds were hanging so i just thought it was because the weeds were all wet and water dripped off them overnight but when i looked closer the puddle had the rainbow look as if it was oil or something. Im confused because i dont think that there could be an oil leak by the back axle but it has that look although it is more watered-down than oil would be. Could the weeds/wheat give that same rainbow appearance to the water? Or could there be an oil leak back there? Is there anything else?
