It is out of balance in China's favor. However, when you hold fifty percent of the world's wealth (as the United States does) it is difficult to have an even balance of trade with any nation.

Yes, by a few Billion. Our great president thinks that he is going to pay China to collapse. They are building up their military with the funds. I think that its a plan to create another rival to the US, since the last fake rival collapsed.
