My 4 year old son was on the computer and asked my to put him on nick.com and I noticed it was on the right side. I tryed everything I could think of.

Put the cursor (mouse) on it and hold down the button (drag) the bar back to it's original location.

click on an empty space on the bar and hold the mouse button down and drag to bottom of screen

Click the middle of it and drag it to the bottom of the screen.

right click the task bar and chose what you want
