Anyone born within the borders of the United States is a natural-born citizen of the United States. The United States is comprised primarily of fifty states, each with their own residency requirements. So it is possible to be a citizen of the United States, yet not a resident of the state you live in, depending on the rules of that particular state. I am not sure what you mean by America and four regions. Someone born in Canada is not necessarily a citizen of the United States, depending on the circumstances (who their parents are).

No.
If you are from Brazil you are Brazilian. you may live on the American continent, but you are Brazilian, because you live within the borders of that country.
btw, aren't there only 3 regions in the Americas? (North, Central and South)

Wrong.
America is a continent, not a nation. You can only be a citizen of a nation, state, or other political unit.

No, and attempting to unify two continents with unlimited access to each region is simply imbecilic. We already have excessive immigration dilemmas.
