Disassemble the gun as much as necessary. Dig out paint chunks with pieces of broken paint paddle and soak / submerge only the parts that have / had paint on them in Automotive Lacquer thinner for about 100 minutes or more, then scrape and brush out remaining paint using Broken paint paddles, Toothpicks and brushes, Use NO metal. also use compressed air from a rubber tipped air blower to remove paint from orifices and tubes. Good Luck..

Lacquer/paint thinner, a brush kit that you can buy made for cleaning spray guns, and a lot of time an patience. You might want to try soaking all of the parts in a bucket of lacquer for a while and then go at it with some brushes and basically anything that can get into all the pieces that you need to.....good luck

nicely it relies upon on what your going to do with it. in the adventure that your going to be a painter finished time bypass with a Sata $800, besides the fact that it doesnt take that to do an excellent paintjob. I even have used the $800 doller one and likewise a $40 5 Northern Hydaulic version and there are some differences yet for the hobbiest or occasional paint job it incredibly is maximum definently a thank you to bypass in my opinion.

Use waterborne spray gun cleaners. Becca Inc (beccainc.com) has the little squirt one. I like using it compared to thinners because i don t want chemicals coming into contact with my skin.
