Yes it does, because the vibrations from the motion and impact are still created. just because there are no human or animal ears to "hear" it doe snot mean that the sound was not produced.

No. Someone once said, "Nothing exists unless its observed" If no one is there it did not make a sound. Also, if no one observes it the tree doesn't even exist.
