I'd love to know if anyone is blocking me. It's a Pride point!.

The point of not knowing who is blocking who is to stop the harassment that has been so uncontrollably on here and if you know who has blocked you it kind of defeats the whole purpose because they can now open a new account and start harassing you all over again!

No, I don't think we should be given that right to see who has blocked us. It will just stir up negative energy. Those who got blocked may be pissed and start a thumb war or harass the person. If this not already established, we should be shown the reason for why we have been blocked. Blockees (those who have been blocked) should have the right to know why. In the respect, the blocker should have to identify the reason for blocking the blockee. For blockees it should be not so much the right to know who but the right to know why. The same right should also extend to the whole question ratings - not the right to know who gave you a thumbs down or up but the right to know why.

How do you know when you're blocked? Do you get an e-mail or something that alerts you? I saw that blocking feature but I don't think I'll use it. Not sure if all these "improvements" really ARE.
