Kind of...we went together with 3 other couples that we're friends with and bought a house at the beach. We all go together once a year and then we schedule out the other times we'd like to use it. So far, we haven't argued or complained...it's been 3 years...

We live in our vacation house, across from the beach, in between the harbor & pier.....
at night you can hear the waves crashing...its beautiful here.
