I recently came acroos a web site for the Nazi party and there mission statement and beliefs were very similar to that of today's Republican Party. Is there really even a difference. I called a friend a mine who is a Conservative Republican a Nazi as a joke and instead of being offended by the comment he actually started talking about how great Nazi anger is. I was flabbergasted. It use to be a bad thing to be called a Nazi and now Republicans are striving to be more like them. Maybe they should rename the party to " the Nazi Republican Rage Party ".

Admidt it, you Conservatives actually like the sounds of that.
Raging irrational absolutism with NO checks and balances.
Republican.
Conservative.
Nazi

Do you even know what a Nazi is? National SOCIALIST Party. By It's very definition It is closer to liberalism, than anything else. You cannot compare conservatives to the "supposed" Nazi's today. These are uneducated racists that the KKK wouldnt even take. And when you look at what is going on today, with laws being proposed by the Democrats in congress, you can see that they are the real Nazis. How many small business owners are going to have to close up their businesses because of over reaching laws? Didnt Hitler do that in the 1930's to supposedly gain control of Germany's failing economy? And what was the first thing the Nazis did when they came to power in Germany? Made it illegal for the average citizen to own a firearm. What is one of the main tennants of the Democratic party? More gun laws. Shall I go on? I am neither republican, or democrat. I am an AMERICAN!!!!!

Lets look at comparisons and disregard how stupid your question is; Nazi is short for (in english) National Socialist German Workers Party. The only socialist politicians are found on the left, Bush is certainly not German, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't classify himself as a worker. The only thing that you are left with is Party and National. So I guess being a patriot is bad in your world (nationalists) and Bush partied a long time ago according to rumors.
Now the serious part: lets look at tactics; In William Shirer's book "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" he gave accounts of rallies that were disrupted by the Brownshirts (early Nazis). They would infilitrate the crowd and then heckle the speaker, finally the BS would rush the stage and attack the speakers. Now go to the news coverage of the Minute Men speech in Columbia University a few months ago. The Minute Men (a multi racial group) was invited to speak by students. When the main speaker took to the platform his was heckled, and then the hecklers rushed the stage to attack him. Now who acted like the Nazis in that example? Thats right, the left wing nuts. Later on the organizers were interviewed and they said that their tactics were justified because they answered to a higher moral power. Paul Watson, a founder of Green Peace, said that earth worms were more important than human beings and that there were 5.5 billion too many people on the planet. I'm sure that the Jews of the 1930s heard similar things coming from the Nazis. It is a lot easier to murder a population if you make them subhuman first. Speaking of the Jews, some time ago some left wing anti 2nd amendment people were running ads that graphics were lifted right out of the Nazi era except the Jew in the cartoon was now a gun owner. Two years ago Hollywood honored a woman whos only claim to fame was that she was a propagandist for Hitler. Leni Reistenfahl was honored by Hollywood for making racist movies.
A black republican runs for office in Maryland and he is called an oreo and a nazi. A black democrat runs for office in New York and his opponent drops out citing that he can't use the racial attack plan against him.
It is pretty clear to a unbiased reasonable person with knowledge of history that the left wing is the home of the... well you know what you are.

I am a Democrat, but I really do not think Republicans are all the way as bad as Nazis.Although they do share some of the Mission Statements of the Third Reich, they make lack the forward push towards Ethnic Cleansing.I may be wrong however, seeing their blood lust towards the people they call Terrorists, who happen to be part of Islam, and their avoidance of the African American dilemma, plus their lack of will to help the African Nations. They also seem to have a great hatred of the Homosexual Minority's.Probably some, but not all Republicans are likened to Nazis.I just talked my way into that conclusion.

Your government school education is showing. Republican believe in the worth of the individual, the free market economy, and the rule of law. Nazi's much like the leftists of today believe in the supremacy of the state, a socialist command economy, and reason that laws can be made to benefit some at the expense of others. To think that fascism could ever come from the right tells me the commissars that taught you in whatever public school you attended did a great job of brain wipe.

The labour party during the second word war in britain actually had a debate to see which were the worst the nazies or the british conservatives..

A lot of labour people actually thought that being invaded by nazies wouldn't be as bad, and why should they defend one nazi state (a conservative britain)against another..

Trying to stir something up? Let's see what lame thing can I say to rile up conservatives? Let's compare them to the most intolerant, hate-filled group I can and then I'll attempt to justify it. Want a difference? The deaths of 6 million Jews I think weighs in as a pretty big difference, something you are making light of and should be ashamed about. Whatever makes you sleep at night though...

It's simple really....Republicans are Nazi's & Nazi's ARE Fascists (just like Bush), in fact they are at least 50% more right wing than Nazi's.

If you need someone to explain these differences, then you have comprehension problems to such an extent that you probably won't understand the differences. Policy-wise they may be similar, but does the Nazi party's official policy statement say that they want to wipe out all the Jews and dissidents and establish a world government in their image? Nope, I didn't think so.

Rather simple you are still out spouting your nonsence on this forum, under Nazi rules you'd be locked up in a camp and never come out.

It is better to keep silent and let people think you are a fool than speak and prove it.

The Nazis were the National socialist party of Germany. Socialists are the same as Democrats. When your guys win and get power they fail. Then you claim they are republicans.
