i like to know is there any tips to make ourself to be hungry so that we can eat a lot foods like a hell (pls answer in seriously tq for ur support)

Don't eat for a long time. And learn how to talk right.

You need to be involved in an activity where the body expends great energy and demands rich fueling to stave off exhaustion or worse. Trek to the North Pole. Sea kayak south from Alaska to Oregon. Bicycle a circle that involves four connecting provinces or states. That sort of thing.

Chewing gum gets your stomach acid going and helps to make you hungry.

Otherwise, skip a meal or have a smaller meal than usual before your outing.

Burping and not filling up on liquid helps too.

not sure i understand the question, smokin grass will give you the munchies something fierce, if it is a variety of foods that you presently don't like and would like that to change then remember your taste buds mature about every seven years so what you didn't like before soon you may like
