I'm wondering if everyone is misunderstanding your question. Maybe your not talking about a flaw or blemish of some sort, but a tracking device. Evil Women are you on house arrest? Don't take this offensively if your not. It's just you're saying you want to go out but can't with this "thing" on your leg, and want to know how to remove it.
As far as removing one...I really don't want to answer, because you know the consequences.
