Clinton was impeached by the House. That means he was ACCUSED of crimes. The Senate held a trial and did not convict him of those crimes, so he was not removed from office. Removal from office is not the same thing as being impeached. Impeachment is just the accusal part.
Nixon was NOT impeached. He resigned before the House could vote on impeachment.

NO, because the Senate voted not to impeach, their votes is the one that counts. He even after all that he finished in good standing. When a person is impeached that means their fired and to hit the road, everyone keeps stating he was impeached , but the ones that voted to impeach in the house finally we found out 1/3 of them was doing the same thing or worst had children while they are still married with another woman. They had mistress's that they were keeping even old Henry Hyde had a 20 yr old son from another woman. They are all a bunch of hypocrites.
