You bet it was a set up. I am more ashamed of the legal system than anything. This is the same system that will jail a kid for stealing a loaf of bread... but little miss rich *****.. aw, poor thing.. didn't like jail.. too bad.

Why are we supposed to respect laws when those who are supposed to enact them can be bought off so easily,.

It's a shame! It just shows that money talks and there is a different level of "justice" for the poor and the rich! She gets to stay in her mansion and serve out her "punishment" with butlers, servants, personal trainers, stylists, gourmet meals and lounge by the pool all day with her celebrity friends. What a fraud!

My view is that I try to avoid anything and everything Paris Hilton is doing. I don't care whether she is in or out of prison, whether she's eating again, what she's wearing, where she was last night, whether she lives or dies.

She has no consequences on MY life, so I don't stress what's going on with her. Who cares? besides you and 100 million other people....

I think, "Good for someone who can get out of jail early."

Of course it was! And I saw that little interview before she went in, where she said she hoped she'd be an example for others. Right! Example for all the other blonde, rich princesses, I guess.

Poor baby. 40 days at home, where life will have to come to her, because she can't get out for it. But, remember, she DOES have to wear that ugly ankle bracelet. Unless, of course, she develops an allergy to the metal it's made of.

I knew from the beginning that this would happen!
you know what pisses me off the most? my friends and other people were all saying...but the judge ruled no relocation to another jail and no home confinement...
Well there it is right in your face!!!
this case is different then every other case like this for that one reason!!
judge rules no home confinement and yet 5 days later she gets home confinement!!
INJUSTICE!!!

Wasn't set up, it was paid for. Big, big bucks paid for her release.

I can't believe people were surprised. It's obvious that it was all planned. She's always been a media whore.

I'm actually happy for her. Is surprising how many people wish her bad things all because she's pretty and has money and fame. You all know you're all jealous of her, so stop pretending you hate her.
