Whilst on a bendy bus I was seved a penalty fare for a unvalidated saver ticket, although I could not reach the driver to give it to him because of the crowd. I got the penalty a few minutes after boarding .. It was actually impossible to reach the driver without being penalised.. I appealled but this was turned down. A second appeal is possible but these London Transport m0therfvc|{ers are precisely just that.. I dont want to pay them anything because I didnt do anything wrong.

You obviously did do something wrong - you have admitted that you didn't validate your ticket - no matter how many people where around the driver it is your responsibilty to do so.

Pay up and look big.

Stop your whining it was a fair cop,

you wanted to travel for free,

got caught now its "rage against the machine" time.

By calling people nazis B's and M.F. wont get you any sympathy either.
