Those who have more rights, protections, mobility, access to medical information, media representation, freedom to practice their religions for themselves without fear of violence in retaliation, people who don't have to have their genitals cut on in order to 'normalize'them so that people can pretend that there are only two sexes to coincide with the two most priviledged genders. etc.
Its called priviledge or advantage because it feeds a system that disadvantages others.
