This is a bit wacko if you ask me. As for Brad testifying against her like someone mentioned, she'll probably get a slap on the wrist with community service. Heck, if Paris Hilton can get out of jail after only a couple of days, then why would Phyllis serve any time at all?

I totally agree! She needs to take her a s s home!!!! Why do she feel like she need to stay in the same house as her ex and his new wife and child. After she slept with the lady's husband for 6 months. CRAZY!
