There are several places you could be losing water.

1. Radiator hose.
2. Heater core hose.
3. Radiator.
4. Water pump.
5. Heater core.
6. Freeze plug
7. Head gasket.

All but number 7 can be pinpointed by looking under your van for water and then looking up for the source.

If you have a leaky head gasket then the water is going out through the tailpipe via the water jacket or into your oil; leaving no trace of water under the van.

The easiest thing to do first is park for a while and look for leaks.

Inspect your hoses for wetness the entire length of the hose. Then check the hose clamps for tightnessand the hose under the clamp for rot.

Check around your water pump for leaks. Listen to your engine while it's running for sounds of squeaking or knocking. Your water pump may be failing and the seals destroyed.

If you suspect your radiator is leaking, get a can of radiator sealant.

Is it running hot and puking it out the overflow? Replace the thermostat.
The radiator? Take a light and look for wet spots or staining around the tanks and where the tubes go in. Check out the hoses making sure there are no bulges and leaking out the ends where they attach. It could be as simple as a loose clamp on a hose. Check heater hoses the same way if you can see them. If you are getting an anti-freeze smell inside and a film on the inside of the windshield, the heater core is leaking (some cores have plastic tube extenders that will split and leak).
If you cannot see anything you have a local shop put pressure on the cooling system. There are other places that can leak also that can be complex (read expensive) to fix.

Buy a bottle of radiator leak repair ! But look under the hood while the engine is running, ive seen guys melt plastic into the area to stop the leak like with a mini torch and a plastic men casing, used radiator/rebuilt are less costly good luck chaz

Radiator stop leak sucks!
It tends to clog up the wrong things. Go to auto zone and ask them if they have a radiator pressure tool that adds presure to you radiator. if there is a hole in it then it will leak out and you will know exactly where it is leaking. Good luck.

When the engine is running, check under the hood and look for water leaks.
