do their questions just not show up on your screen? How does this work?

so, you still see their questions, but they cannot add you as a contact. does this mean I cannot add YOU? *sniff sniff*

oh hush up maggie, I unblocked you as soon as I saw how it worked woman....sheesh...lol

I just clicked on blocking you, it said maggie cannot add you as a contact or be part of your network...nothing about questions though..
