Wash your skin twice a day, especially after exercise. Always wash before you go to bed. Use a mild soap unless you find you need some thing more astringent but avoid harsh high concentration alcohol products. Use a toner. Exfoliate using a formula with small smooth grains rather than almond or apricot shell fragments that can damage your skin making spots worse.
Wash your hair every day. Greasy hair rubbing on your skin or transferring grease by playing with your hair and then touching your face will make spots worse.
Try not to squeeze or pick your spots as you (a) may introduce more infection and make the spots worse or (b) you may, by stopping the spots from healing increase the chances of scarring. If you cannot resist popping your spots wash your face and hands first and use a sterilized needle, (use a flame or alcohol). Black-head extractors can remove them more hygienically than squeezing them with your fingers.
If you use a cover up stick to hide your spots use an oil free one. Hair gels, sprays may aggravate your spots so find products that suit you. Remember early treatment for spots can prevent scarring. If none of these tips work or if your spots do not improve enough to make you feel good there are products in the drug stores and chemists that do not require a prescription but could help.

That depends on your skin type.
First of all, healthy eating and drinking a lot of water just makes your body work better. That being said:
There are three basic types of skin, oily, dry and combination. If you have oily skin, you might try Apricot scrub (acne control, they have several types). If you have dry skin, Clean and clear repairing lotion (after a normal face wash) can work pretty well. If you have combination skin it can be a bit trickier. ProActiv is probably the most effective acne treatment, without a prescription, for many people. It all depends on your skin. I would suggest you try a few of these things, and if they don't work, go see a dermatologist. Sometimes, you just have to give it time. If you are a teenager, your hormones are out of whack, and there is not much to combat that.
Also, stress can cause acne as well. So try and relax, if you think that might be part of your problem.
Good luck!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Wash your face at least twice a day and use those pimple spot gel treatments (I use Neutrogena but it is expensive but I haven't had a pimple in 2 years). If that doesn't work, see your dermatologist and they will probably prescribe you some strong medicine.

1) Dessert Essence Blemish Stick = best spot treatment
2) Plain Milk of Magnesia = easy, quick oil absorbing face mask. Apply thin layer & let dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse w/ tepid water & face cloth.
3) Exfoliate every day - Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Face Pads is my favorite.

Try proactive, wash your face constantly and eat and drink healthy. Nutrition plays a big role due to junk food.
