It's the feature that they added like yesterday. Click on someone's avatar and look at the Red round circle w/ a line through is (looks like Ghostbusters minus the ghost).
I personally have never had a major problem over than a couple of small people (guys with too much time on their hands) putting profanity on my questions. Usually the apuse flag takes care of that...Knock on wood.

The concept is OK but I'm not sure that in the long run is a good idea. I'm happy that we can "eliminate" some trolls but you can make the same to any person. Are the different ideas or crazy jokes bad? Good and bad answers or question can be relative term. Or not?
I hope that this not end in inquisition.

Troll blocking off is a great thought....i think of it incredibly is a "guy power" concern. I each so often like taking on Trolls when I get peeved at a rude reaction, yet in any different case I forget approximately approximately them. The Troll blocking off characteristic is a good suggestion! -Vinny

I will use it if I have to, but so far i've been lucky and haven't needed to...
glad they implemented it!!
and i hear that now they have a tos violation appeal system, which is also good, so people that report you because they don't like your opinion, when you aren't being offensive, you can defend yourself, and have an actual person look at your "offense".

i dont have a stalker and i wont block anyone i believe everyone needs the chance to be heard just dont go over board with your comments and the trolls are funny sometimes especially in religion that jimbo and his crazy questions really make me laugh
