There you go its a Dell!! I have this same problem quite frequently. You have to shut off (not restart) your computer wait, 20 seconds and turn back on. This usually fixes the problem. This happens a lot if you have a wireless keyboard. Its not your keyboard and in no way a keyboard can get a virus.
