If you didn't try to start it and bend a connecting rod to a piston, it should be fine.
Remove ALL the spark plugs, and crank it over.
Put the spark plugs back in and start it.
It may smoke a lot at first, but it should be fine.

Yes Just Do A complete Drain of all fluids Take out spark plugs and turn over Manually to get oil out of top end . Clean it up And Refill With NEW CLEAN fluids ...Run it for 1/2 hr-1 hr. Then shut Off Allow to Cool And Change Your Oil And Filter Again. Look In the Rad /Overflow Bottle for Any Funky Stuff... If there is Any Flush it too.
I've Helped Get Equipment out of Swamps(completely Upside down and Under Water) This Is How We Check the Engines After. If its all good it'll be Ok

The motor should be fine. It will smoke like crazy for a few as it burns the oil out of there. After it runs better change your spark plugs or at least make sure that they are clean. Let me know how it goes please. mudislife2@yahoo.com

If nothing else was damaged it should be ok, the oil should burn off when you start it up if it was just a little bit
