I haven't seen all of them yet, I'm European. But I watched those debates on CNN, and Bill Richardson (I think his name is Bill, not sure), Democrate from New Mexico seemed the most open-minded of them all.

I think I really like him, which is weird. Since Bill Clinton I haven't seen any American candidate that I liked.

None of those currently available.
(Sighs, running a hand through her hair)
Without pointing any political fingers, the recent climate (started close to about eight years ago, interestingly enough) filled many positions with ... let's call them.. close-minded/religiously fanatic individuals.
Sure, a few are going to "Play up" the "gay vote", but most will simply pretend we don't exist.
Fix for that?
Vote.
Research your local governments (because it all starts there) and cast informed vote, then do it again on the larger scale.
It's a lot of work, but compared to what we'll go through if yet another homophobe makes it into office, it's very worth the effort.

Peace :D

Kucinich is easily the most gay-friendly of all the people running. Unfortunately, he's been terribly ignored, even by the gay press. Maybe it's considered that he doesn't have much of a chance.
Well, we can hope he'll be considered for vice-president, at least.
