The answer is 'b'.

Aren't means are not (which is correct since there are two of them)
and 'brothers' ' is the possessive of brothers.

B and C are the only grammatically correct ones, so it's either one of those. And since Jay and Jaylene have more than one brother, you can eliminate C. That leaves you with B.

Are Not is contracted as Aren't. So A and D are completely wrong.

That leaves your choice between B & C.

The "apostrophe s" forms a possessive noun or pronoun. So the question is whether these brothers posses the work habits or not.

If you turn the possession around, you get "the work habit of the brothers." This shows possession.

So C is the correct answer.

b - "brothers' " is both plural and possessive.

c would be correct if they were only referring to one brother.
