If you're using outlook express, you can add them to your "Block senders list" under message so all emails coming from this person will be rejected in the future.

You have to block them. Go into your sender list and put a block on them, meaning put them in the blocked list. You will no longer receive e-mail from them.
I guess you could always put them as spam, that would do it too.

There is usually a feature where you can block / blacklist / Mark as Spam an address. (Called by different names in different programs). Once added to the "blocked" list, any future e-mails from the person will not show up in your e-mail inbox.

It depends on your email client, or if you get your email online, which service you use.
What you want to do is to use a filter to block email from a certain user. This will automatically through email away from that user. Tell me how you get your email and I can be more specific. Do you use Yahoo email, Google, Hotmail? Or do you use Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc?

Go to mail options - spam. You can add the address to the list. It will not actually block the mail. It will just put it in the bulk mail folder.
