I have a 94 bronco and the DS door wont close unless i lift up and shut ,,Can you adjust this or do I have to replace the hinge

This is bad door hinges and hinge pins. You can get replacement at a auto parts store and remove the door and put the new hinge Assembly on and the adjusted the door.
To do the adjustment open the door to the front of the door you will see two hinges that will have 3 bolts on each side. It will take two people remove and place the door on and off. When you have the door off put the new hinges on. Put the door back on and tighten the bolt to a point that you can move the door. Close the door and then open and repeat it second time if it close very easy tighten the bolt all the way.

If the hinges are worn so there is no bushings left, you need to replace the bushings and pins. Else you can go to a body shop, they have a special tool to lift and adjust your door.

The hinge is probably broken, you will need to replace it

YES.
They ARE adjustable by loosening the pillar bolts.
Just a pain in the @$$.
