Uh, no..... you cant have an open container...not in my state anyways!

If it's Non-Alcoholic, sure. O'Douls has a non alcoholic version I believe...? But not the regular, than you would probably be in trouble with the open container laws, if not with being over the legal limit.

are you rich?
are you a celebrity?
if you answer no to both or these questions then your a 'submerican and will pay the full price of driving with an open container...
even non alcoholic drinks have alcohol in them thus the reason you have to be 21 to bye them.
if you answered yes then its fine...just Paris Hilton your way out of trouble. the cop that pulls you over will just ask you to sign a form showing that you know now that driving with an open container is against the law.

If it has any alcohol then no you cant. Most states say you cant even have an OPEN alcohol container in the car while driving.

I would say no. There are laws against everthing. Probabally even drinking a pop while driving. "Careless operation" or something of that nature.

No. It has a very small alchohol content, but it's enough to get you in trouble with Open Container Laws.

No, no, no, no, no!! Shame on you. No you cannot. Doing so is totally unsafe. Yakking on a cellphone or applying makeup are OK though since they are completely safe.

no. if you look closely odouls has ..03 percent alcohol or something like that making it an alcholic beverage.
