ONLY IF you're being tested to see if you're pregnant. Otherwise, it's just an ordinary blood test looking for the normal things they do it for. IF they're looking for something else, it wouldn't even show up on that either. That's a whole different type of blood test & for pregnancy ONLY.

It will show on a blood test if the doctor is looking for it. I had a blood test done before my period was late and it showed up. But again, my doctor ordered the special test that needs to be done.

There is a blood test for pregnancy, but they have to run that particular test to get the diagnosis. It's not something that would be run in routine blood tests, so it just depends.

It depends what they are testing your blood for. If they are testing your blood to test for something unrelated to pregnancy (say, drugs or glucose), no, pregnancy won't show up. You need to have a blood test specifically designed for pregnancy in order to show if you are pregnant.
