You have overlooked, and let it go, and it happens over and over then, "IT" happens, Enough is Enough!

What changed?

Maybe your bullsh*t tolerance meter has finally reached "Full". Who knows? Some people blow up over every little thing. Others of us repeatedly suck it up and put up with major crap until that one seemingly tiny inconsequential thing pushes us over the edge and we suddenly turn into Godzilla stomping across Tokyo. Then everyone says that we're "overreacting". Maybe reality/sanity finally decides to put in a long-overdue appearance. Maybe your inner voice finally slaps you across the face and says "dude, there is absolutely no rational reason for you to continue to allow yourself to go through this anymore. Pull your head out of your @ss and grow a spine!!!" Whatever the reason, the fact is just that Enough IS Enough and you have recognized that you cannot continue on in whatever situation you are in.

Rather than trying to change what was happening, I changed my attitude and outlook about my position in the situation and the entire situation changed for the better. Sometimes, its all a matter of perspective.

If you want to be more active rather than passive, I would suggest taking an objective look at the situation, analyzing whats good and bad, then taking positive action to change what you see fit.

You have experienced an epiphany.

You now know that your view of the world has little reflection in this person's life pool.

The messages you are sending are encoded by your perceptions and not decipherable by the chosen receiver.

You get tired of the same thing happening. You can not take it anymore and you want to change the outcome

I'm going to have to assume from your question that it is regarding someone doing something to you. In that case, I would say that "IT" is when you have decided that you, and your well-being , are more valuable than having the someone around who treats you badly. If so. congratulations on "IT".
