Abortion creates physical, spiritual and emotional pain for the mother. It kills a developing, beautiful baby, which begins at conception with 46 chromosomes and develops with a heartbeat at 18 days. I am adopted and blessed. Adoption is light and goodness, abortion is darkness and evil.

If you're thinking about doing it, please don't. You will regret it for your whole life. It is so depressing and the guilt is more than anyone should have to bear. God gave you that baby for a reason, and He already knows the baby as soon as it is conceived in your womb. That little boy or girl is a part of you and you will be so happy once they're in your life. I know it can be confusing and scary to be pregnant as a teen, but that baby will bring so much joy to your life. Please allow your child to have the gift of life that God gave them, and that you were also given.

Why don't you go to the Planned Parenthood site. Teen facts are no different from adult women facts, BTW. If you need details specific for your state, your health dept. probably has it online.
